In Talkdesk Workspace, click on your initials located at the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Select 'Security Settings' from the dropdown menu.
Initiate Password Change:
Click on 'Change password'.
Update Your Password:
Enter your current password.
Input your new password.
Confirm your new password by entering it again.
Click 'Change password' to finalize the update.
Tips for Creating a Strong Password:
Use at least eight characters.
Combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name, username, or common passwords like "password" or "12345".
Consider utilizing a password manager to generate and store complex passwords securely.
