An Express account will be suspended if the credit wallet balance falls below $0 or if there is no activity in the account for 3 consecutive months.
If the account remains suspended for another 3 months, it will be permanently terminated. Once terminated, the account cannot be reactivated, and all users will be automatically logged out. Once canceled, the account cannot be restored.
