I am trying to block a specific phone number from reaching our agents. I created a "Conditional Statement" in Studio and entered the number as a variable, but the call is still ringing through instead of being blocked or routed away.
Can someone walk me through the correct way to block numbers using Studio? Is there a specific format the number needs to be entered in, or an extra step I might be missing?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
