I’m experiencing an issue where initiated chats do not appear in the Conversations app. I have already checked the following:
The Chat channel is properly set up and activated.
My user role has the necessary permissions to handle chat interactions.
The Studio flow for chat routing is correctly configured.
The chat is not sitting in the Inbox tab.
Despite verifying these settings, the chats still do not show up in Conversations. Is there a specific setting I might be missing, or could there be an issue with the way chats are being routed? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
