Chat Not Appearing in Conversations

I’m experiencing an issue where initiated chats do not appear in the Conversations app. I have already checked the following:

  • The Chat channel is properly set up and activated.

  • My user role has the necessary permissions to handle chat interactions.

  • The Studio flow for chat routing is correctly configured.

  • The chat is not sitting in the Inbox tab.

Despite verifying these settings, the chats still do not show up in Conversations. Is there a specific setting I might be missing, or could there be an issue with the way chats are being routed? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
