Once it's activated, agents can see real-time customer details from Shopify during calls, which really helps with faster, more personalized support - things like order history, account details, and purchase status show up automatically.

One of the most used features is the automation setup. You can configure automated tasks so Talkdesk updates Shopify after specific events, like automatically creating a new customer or adding a note to an order after a call wraps up. It saves tons of manual work and keeps customer data consistent across systems.

If you're just getting started, make sure you:

Add a Shopify Integration and follow the activation steps via the Admin > Builder > Integrations section in the Talkdesk Workspace menu to connect both systems (see below the screenshots).
