One thought I had was maybe set up a flow to make a phone call with an automated message when picked up saying "You have an incoming chat message waiting for you in your chat queue." so I know I need to head back to my Mac to pick it up and respond.
Has anyone done anything like this? Seems very odd that they don't just include Chat as a channel on the mobile app???
